How do I return an item?

For Workshops, cancellations are required 72 hours prior to initial service rendered to receive full refund. For all cancellations less than 72 hours of initial service rendered, there will be no refund.

For apparel, unwashed, unworn, or defective merchandise may be returned to Total Being, LLC only within 14 days from the date of purchase with a copy of the original invoice. Circle the item(s) that you are returning on the invoice copy and note the reason why. Indicate if you want us to credit the card used to place the order or send you a refund check. Pack and seal your return securely, in the original package if possible, and include the copy of the invoice. Packages must be returned prepaid -- we do not accept C.O.D. deliveries.
